We have used Lombardo Construction twice in the last 10 years for 2 different places we purchased. Dan and his people have been great for both projects. On the first project he helped design and then did a complete remodel all the way down to the studs for a 3 bedroom condo. That remodel allowed us to resell years later at a much higher price than we originally paid This most recent project was a remodel of 1 bathroom, the kitchen, along with tiling and painting the entire condo. For both projects Dan and his people were great at communicating and always kept us in the loop for any decisions or status updates. Both projects were done with us back home in Illinois, so communication was critical to the projects success. From a price standpoint, Lombardo is very competitive. We quoted both projects to a number of companies and Lombardo was not the lowest or the highest, and we felt we received a fair price for the work done. Lombardo also stand by their work. We have had small issues and they have taken care of the issues very quickly.

It’s always a pleasure working with Danny Lombardo. I’ve worked with him for a number of years. When I was in real estate he was my go to person for remodeling. In fact he was so good one of my customers gave him a $2000 tip. I may have used him not only for my own home but as I said for my real estate clients. But my most recent experience with him was remodeling our church bathrooms and kitchen. He was amazing his workers respected the property there were no boom boxes or cigarette butts as other contractors have done. He met all our expectations and can be trusted to do a wonderful job.
